In the field of an image, the relative x and y coordinate positions of each star with respect to all the other stars are adapted. Therefore, in this paper, a new method for the determination open star cluster membership based on Fuzzy C-means Clustering algorithm is proposed. In the fuzzy clustering algorithm, a data point may belong to several clusters with different degree of memberships. Therefore, the membership values for a data point will represents the degree to which that point belongs to a particular cluster. The proposed method allows to efficiently discriminating the cluster membership from the field stars. The membership probabilities have been calculated and compared to those obtained by the other methods. To validate the method, we applied it on Berkeley 39 and NGC 188 open star clusters, where the membership stars in these clusters are obtained. The membership probability of stars clusters is assigned through the approach provides number of probable members.}, keywords = {Open clusters and associations,Individual,Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm,Berkeley 39}, url = {https://ijaebs.journals.ekb.eg/article_86757.html}, eprint = {https://ijaebs.journals.ekb.eg/article_86757_c43c0e5ecacb65315a20e83308928be1.pdf} } @article { author = {Rezkallah, wasseem}, title = {The relationship between good governance and sustainable human Development in Egypt}, journal = {International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences}, volume = {1}, number = {Special Issue}, pages = {26-40}, year = {2020}, publisher = {Integrated Thebes Institutes}, issn = {2682-2938}, eissn = {2682-2946}, doi = {10.21608/ijaebs.2021.43833.1003}, abstract = {The relationship between good governance and human development is one of the issues raised in contemporary economic literature, which has been the subject of many discussions and different points of view. This study aims to measure the relationship between good governance and sustainable human development in Egypt, during the period from 1996 to 2017, and the Johansen Co-integration method was used as a first step, then using the Vector Error Correction (VEC).The results indicate the absence of a long-term relationship between good governance and human development in Egypt, but in the short term the variable of voice and accountability and the variable of political stability and the absence of violence have a statistically weak moral impact on human development, but in a negative way, while the variables of government effectiveness and the quality of the organization and sovereignty Law and anti-corruption have had no statistically significant impact on human development in Egypt.}, keywords = {Good Governance, sustainable human Development,Vector Error Correction (VEC)}, url = {https://ijaebs.journals.ekb.eg/article_154078.html}, eprint = {} } @article { author = {Sayed, Mostafa}, title = {The Planet "X " Theoretical Calculation of The mean Orbital Velocity & Orbital Period}, journal = {International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Business Sciences}, volume = {1}, number = {Special Issue}, pages = {10-25}, year = {2020}, publisher = {Integrated Thebes Institutes}, issn = {2682-2938}, eissn = {2682-2946}, doi = {10.21608/ijaebs.2020.86661}, abstract = {     Review Theoretical Calculation for ( mean orbital velocity orbital period ) of The Planet "X",  by using New equation  formula to calculate the values of all planets of solar system' in theoretical mode.
